Where do I park and meet the bus?

Day tours leave from Kodak Coffee, 131 Walker St SW. Parking is free when you buy a coffee or smoothie and show your ticket. Night, party bus and Special Edition tours leave from the street side of Atlantic Station, 1380 Atlantic Dr NW. Full directions come by email after you book.

What if I'm running late?

Please arrive 15 minutes early. We wait up to 15 minutes, then the tour leaves. Call us if you're running behind and we'll do our best. Tour times can shift by up to an hour, so don't plan anything time-sensitive right after.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

All sales are final, but guests can reschedule for free. Get in touch with a sales representative or email info@hopngotours.com. If we cancel a tour, you get a full refund minus the processing fee.

Do I need ID?

Yes. Every guest shows ID and signs a liability waiver at check-in. The name on the booking needs to match the guest.

Are kids welcome?

Yes. The day tours and holiday tours are family friendly. For the night and party bus tours, check the age policy on the booking page for your departure.

Do you go to Tyler Perry Studios?

The 4-hour tour visits the front gate of Tyler Perry Studios for photos of the water fountain, movie screen and signage. Nobody is allowed inside the studio itself.

Can I add champagne or upgrades?

Yes. Add-ons like champagne bottles are available at checkout.
